No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges, as each item is custom-made and created specifically for you.
Damaged Items Only: If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will gladly arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
